Operation is simple: activating the lever engages the internal air-driven post, which rises automatically until the saddle makes contact with the vehicle's jacking point or reaches its maximum height. A dedicated locking pin secures the saddle in the lowered position whenever the stands are not in use, preventing inadvertent deployment during storage or transport. Each stand in the pair carries a Safe Working Load of 5,000 kg, giving a combined pair capacity of 10,000 kg (S.W.L.) — making these stands well suited to heavier commercial and agricultural vehicles as well as standard cars and vans. The saddle adjusts between a minimum height of 400 mm and a maximum of 620 mm to accommodate a wide range of vehicle clearances. A base measuring 280 x 345 mm provides an extra-wide footprint that contributes to lateral stability on the workshop floor.
