Manually pumping grease from large drums is time-consuming and inefficient in a busy workshop. The Sealey AK453X is an air-operated grease pump designed for 50kg drums, delivering 1100g of grease per minute at up to 5000psi delivery pressure, so you can grease equipment quickly and consistently. Powered by a high-efficiency 50:1 air motor running at a recommended 115psi (maximum 150psi) with an air consumption of 6cfm, the AK453X has been workshop tested for reliability. A follower plate prevents pump cavitation and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted flow of grease. A safety regulator is supplied to protect against over-pressurisation of the pump unit. The package includes an SAE100R2AT rated grease hose, z-swivel, control valve, and bucket trolley. Please note: the grease bucket is not included.
