Maintaining neat lawn edges and tackling overgrown grass around borders and obstacles demands a reliable, lightweight trimmer with a consistent line feed. The Draper 45923 Grass Trimmer addresses this with a 250W motor and a double line tap'n'go feed system, allowing the cutting line to be advanced quickly without stopping work — simply tap the head on the ground to release more line. The trimmer operates at 12,000r/min and cuts a 220mm swathe, making it well suited to domestic garden trimming and edging tasks. The double-feed system uses a 6-metre line (1.2mm diameter), providing a generous supply before the spool requires replacement. Total weight is 1.63kg, keeping fatigue to a minimum during extended use. For operator safety and comfort, the unit is fitted with a trigger guard, a support handle for two-handed control, and a line cutter guard that automatically trims excess line to the correct cutting length. Power is delivered via an approximately 6-metre mains cable with an approved plug, keeping the trimmer ready to use straight from the box. Supplied as a single unit, the Draper 45923 is a practical corded solution for gardeners who need consistent cutting performance without the complication of battery management or petrol maintenance.
