Maintaining overgrown shrubs and branches demands a lopper that extends reach without sacrificing cutting power. The Draper 36819 Expert Quality telescopic bypass loppers meet that requirement with hardened and tempered non-stick coated blades that resist sap build-up and maintain a clean cutting edge through sustained use. The handles are manufactured from flat tubular aluminium, combining rigidity with low overall weight. Soft grips are fitted to both handles to reduce fatigue during extended cutting sessions. When greater reach is required, the telescopic handles extend from 510 mm to 695 mm by simply depressing a button, allowing the operator to adjust length quickly without tools. The bypass ratchet action mechanism enables progressive cutting through thicker material, reducing the effort required on each stroke. A cutting capacity of 45 mm diameter is confirmed in the product specification, making these loppers suitable for substantial branches as well as lighter pruning work. Supplied as one pair of telescopic soft grip bypass ratchet action loppers with aluminium handles, display packed. Draper Expert Quality designation applies to this product.
