The Draper 56246 Cylinder Hone addresses this by combining a flexible drive shaft — which allows easy alignment whilst working — with adjustable honing pressure to suit the particular application and material. Designed for cylinders with capacities between 51 and 177mm, this hone is suited to a broad range of applications including cars, vans, trucks, marine engines, and industrial equipment. It is compatible with both electric and air drills, with a maximum working speed of 2400r/min. The overall tool length is 300mm. Supplied complete with a 180 grit stone set, the hone is ready to use straight from the box. The 180 grit stones are also available separately, and additional grit grades can be sourced to suit different stages of the honing process. The product is display packed.
