The Draper 35879 Oil Pressure Test Kit tests oil pump pressure whilst also testing switch and warning indicators, giving the workshop technician a complete picture of oil circuit health in a single procedure. At the heart of the kit is a 63 mm diameter dual-reading pressure gauge calibrated from 0 to 150 psi and 0 to 10 bar, fitted with a heavy-duty rubber protector to withstand the demands of professional workshop use. A 1400 mm flexible hose connects the gauge to the test point, with anti-kink coils attached to either end to increase durability and prevent hose failure during use. A spring-loaded pressure relief valve protects the gauge from pressure spikes, whilst the integrated Schrader one-way valve system allows pressure to build and hold accurately during testing. The kit includes one right-angled hose adaptor, ten pressure adaptors, and an assortment of rubber seals, providing broad coverage across a range of vehicle applications. All components are supplied in a plastic storage case to keep the kit organised and protected between uses. With 12 pieces in total, this test kit equips the professional mechanic or workshop with everything required to carry out thorough oil pressure diagnostics quickly and confidently.
