At the heart of the kit is a capless tester that uses a cone adaptor system to seal and pressurise the cooling system, with cone adaptors capable of replacing both screw and bayonet-type cap fittings. A hand pump with a gauge enables simple, easily controlled pressure testing, while a release pin allows safe depressurisation prior to detachment. The 15-piece kit includes four universal cone adaptors sized 17–24, 28–31.5, 37–39.5, and 47–48.5 mm, covering a broad range of system diameters. Ten radiator cap testing adaptors extend compatibility to a wide range of vehicle makes, including Ford, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Nippon, Hino, Renault, Audi, VW, Volvo, Citroën, Fiat, Peugeot, Opel, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz pressure caps.
