Incorrect engine timing on Ford Duratorq chain-drive diesel engines can cause catastrophic internal damage during belt or chain service work. The Sealey VSE5842 Diesel Engine Timing Tool Kit provides all the locking retention tools needed to correctly time Ford 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 and 3.2 Duratorq 'Puma' chain diesel engines across a wide range of Ford, Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, LDV and Peugeot/Citroen vehicles. The kit includes Flywheel Locking Pins for both common rail and non-common rail applications, Camshaft and Injection Pump Locking Pins, and a Tensioner Locking Pin. Equivalent to Jaguar and Land Rover OEM tool 303-698, Ford OEM tools 303-698 (21-251) and 303-675 (21-234), LDV OEM tools LDV167 and LDV173, Fiat OEM tools 2.000.016.500 and 2.000.017.100, and Peugeot/Citroen OEM tools 0198.B2, 0198.A and 0198.J. Compatible vehicles include Ford Mondeo (2000-2007), Ford Ranger (2011-2017), Ford Transit (2000-2014), Citroen Relay/Jumper III (2006-2012), Fiat Ducato (2006-2014), Jaguar X-Type (2003-2010), Land Rover Defender TD4 (2006-2011), LDV Convoy (2002-2006) and Peugeot Boxer III (2006-2014). For auxiliary belt tension work on the same engines, the associated tool VSE5944 Auxiliary Belt Tension Tool is recommended.
