Checking valve clearances and other tight tolerances on overhead camshaft engines is notoriously difficult with straight-blade gauges, which simply cannot reach the required contact points in confined OHC configurations. The Sealey VS515 feeler gauge resolves this with 45º offset, 15mm offset tips on each of its 26 blades, allowing accurate measurement in restricted spaces where a straight blade would be obstructed. The gauge is dual marked in both imperial and metric, covering imperial sizes from 0.005" to 0.030" and the corresponding metric range from 0.127mm to 0.762mm across all 26 increments eliminating the need to convert between units on the job. Blade dimensions are 75 x 13mm with the 45º-15mm offset, and the gauge carries a lifetime guarantee. Part number: VS515.
