Diagnosing faults in diesel common rail fuel systems demands accurate, reliable pressure measurement across the entire high pressure circuit. The Sealey VS216 provides exactly that, with a 0-2,000bar gauge, pressure relief valve, and six 500mm high pressure flexible hoses, giving you everything needed to test engine cranking and running pressure, maximum pump pressure, pump pressure regulator performance, and injector leakage. The kit includes dummy pump regulators covering Bosch CP1, CP3, and CP4, Delphi DFP1/DFP3, Denso HP1/HP2 and HP3, and Siemens DCP1 and DCP2, along with injector pipe blanks in M12 x 1.5 (x6), M14 x 1.5 (x6), and M14 x 1 (x6), a pump outlet blank (M12 x 1), and hose fitting adaptors in M12 x 1.25 (x2) and M14 x 1.25 (x2). Hose fittings cover M12 x 1.5 (x2), M14 x 1.5 (x2), M14 x 1 (x1), and M16 x 1 (x1), providing broad compatibility across common rail diesel applications.
