The Draper Expert 64195 addresses this with a solid steel body and a quick-change molybdenum steel shackle, combining high tensile strength with resistance to cutting and sawing attempts. A changeable six-pin brass lock cylinder allows the lock to be rekeyed or serviced in the field, extending the working life of the unit and reducing replacement costs when key security is compromised. The dual stainless steel ball locking mechanism secures the shackle at two points, significantly increasing pull and pry resistance. A protective bumper is fitted to prevent damage to the surface or item being secured. The padlock is supplied with two keys as standard, and key blanks are available separately for duplication. At 70mm, this padlock is suited to securing gates, roller doors, equipment cages, site containers, and heavy plant. The display-packed presentation makes it suitable for both trade counter and workshop stock. The Expert designation denotes Draper's professional-grade specification within the range.
