The Draper 88631 Long Handled Floor Scraper is designed precisely for this task, providing the leverage and blade performance needed to lift compacted debris, adhesive residues, and surface deposits without excessive physical effort. At the heart of the tool is a 75 x 200mm reversible steel blade with sharpened edges allowing either side to be brought into use as wear dictates extending the effective working life of the blade. The wide blade profile covers a generous surface area per pass making light work of larger floor areas. The steel handle is fitted with a soft grip for added operator comfort during extended use reducing hand fatigue on prolonged scraping tasks. The overall length of 1300mm places the blade at a working distance that allows the operator to maintain an upright posture reducing strain on the back and knees. Supplied as a single unit the Draper 88631 is suited to flat roofing flooring preparation and general workshop or construction groundwork applications where thorough surface clearance is required.
