The Draper 59633 Steel Rule addresses this directly: it is double sided, meaning graduations are etched on both faces so the rule can be used in either orientation without the risk of misreading. Graduations are permanently etched rather than printed, ensuring they remain legible throughout prolonged workshop use. The rule carries metric calibrations in centimetres and millimetres on one side and imperial calibrations in inches — subdivided to 1/8", 1/16", 1/32", and 1/64" — providing the resolution required for detailed marking-out and checking work. At 150 mm (6") in length, the rule is suited to close-tolerance tasks and bench work where a longer rule would be unwieldy. A hang hole is included for convenient storage at the workstation. The rule is supplied display packed and ready for point-of-sale or workshop use.
