Accurate measurement on site demands a tape that is legible, durable and comfortable to use throughout a working day. The Draper Expert 82815 Measuring Tape delivers on all three counts with an ABS case fitted with a soft grip and a large blade-locking button, allowing the blade to be secured at any extension without slipping. A belt clip keeps the tape accessible and secure between measurements. The nylon-coated blade carries clear black and red metric and imperial graduations simultaneously reading metres into centimetres and millimetres alongside feet into inches with 1/8"" and 1/16"" graduations present on both sides. Stud centre markings appear every 16"" across the full blade length making this tape directly suited to timber-frame and partition stud layout work. The blade is enclosed in a hardwearing yellow protective cover to resist the knocks and abrasion of daily site use. The self-aligning end hook assists in achieving extremely accurate internal and external measurements reducing the risk of cumulative error across a project. The tape is manufactured to EC Class II Accuracy confirming its suitability for professional and commercial measurement applications. Supplied display packed.
