Each box spirit level is constructed from aluminium with a profile wall thickness of 1.6mm and features a milled face on the underside to ensure maximum flatness and high accuracy. Three vials are fitted per box level: a 180-degree domed arc centre vial and two 90-degree vials. All vials across the set are UV and shock-resistant for durability in demanding site conditions. Embossed rubber end caps provide further protection against impact and wear. The 250mm boat level is produced from die-cast aluminium with a powder-coated finish. Strong magnets are incorporated into the base, allowing hands-free positioning on ferrous surfaces. It carries two vials — one 180-degree and one 90-degree — both UV and shock-resistant. Across the set, accuracy is rated at 0.5mm in a standard working position.
