The Draper Expert Brake Pipe Flaring Slider Kit (23311) is designed to create SAE convex, SAE double, and DIN convex flares on brake pipes to the correct geometry in a single, controlled operation. The tool mounts in a bench vice, providing a stable, secure platform for accurate flaring without movement or slippage during use. Two interchangeable punch holders are included, allowing the operator to select the relevant punch quickly when switching between flare types. A split die set is also supplied, enabling rapid set-up between operations. Compatible flare sizes are as follows: SAE Convex — 3/16 inch; SAE Double — 3/16 inch and 4.75 mm; DIN Convex — 4.75 mm. This coverage addresses the most commonly encountered brake pipe specifications on European and North American vehicles. The kit is supplied display-packed in a blow mould case for organised storage and protection of components between uses. Finished to Draper Expert quality standard, this is a capable bench tool suited to professional workshops and competent vehicle brake maintenance work.
