Bleeding brakes or clutch fluid single-handed is one of the most awkward workshop jobs without the right equipment it typically requires two people and risks running the reservoir dry mid-process. The Sealey VS0204A is a one-person pneumatic pressure brake and clutch bleeding system designed for the professional workshop. The 5-litre reservoir significantly reduces the risk of running the system dry during a bleed or complete fluid change, and the low-pressure tank operates between 20-40psi with a 4.5cfm air consumption via a 1/4" BSP inlet, and can be pre-charged with compressed air for fully portable use away from an airline. A long delivery hose allows operation with a low-level ramp, and the long-reach handle makes the unit easy to manoeuvre around the workshop. The kit is supplied with a 45mm cap with 90° angled connector, suitable for most European models, and is compatible with ABS systems. For other vehicle applications, the optional Brake Reservoir Cap 45mm Straight Connector (VS820SA), Universal Adaptor (VS820UA), or Brake & Clutch Bleeder Cap Set (VS0204B) can be ordered separately.
