Bleeding brakes and clutch systems single-handed is a challenge without the right equipment repeatedly topping up the reservoir while monitoring the bleed point is time-consuming and risks introducing air or running the system dry. The Sealey VS0204 Pneumatic Brake and Clutch Pressure Bleeder Kit solves this by using a pre-charged low-pressure tank to push fluid through the system continuously, enabling one-person operation without an assistant. The tank can be pre-charged with compressed air between 20 and 40psi, with a maximum air supply of 40psi and an air consumption rate of 4.5cfm through a 1/4" BSP inlet, making the unit fully portable once charged. The large 5-litre reservoir significantly reduces the risk of running the system dry during a full fluid change or bleed. The kit is compatible with ABS systems and works with DOT 3.0, 4.0, 4.0LV and 5.1 poly-glycol based brake fluids note it is not compatible with DOT 5.0 silicone-based brake fluid. A 3.7-metre delivery hose provides the reach needed when working with a low-level ramp, and a long-reach handle aids mobility around the vehicle. The kit is supplied with European, Japanese and US vehicle adaptors, a bleed bottle and a fluid extractor.
