The Sealey START560 is a heavy-duty starter and charger unit built for professional workshops, capable of delivering a peak start output of 560A (360A EN) and a peak charge output of 95A (65A EN) across both 12V and 24V systems. It handles a battery range of 50-1000Ah, making it suitable for everything from passenger cars to large commercial vehicles. A fast-charge timer device enables rapid battery recovery while reducing the risk of boiling the battery, and six selectable charging rates via switchable charge circuitry give you accurate control over the charge process. An analogue ammeter provides clear, at-a-glance monitoring. Polarity protection is provided via dual 110A fuses (fuse reference START360.F10 for a pack of ten, or START360.F for a single). The unit runs on a 230V supply requiring a 32A supply connection, with a maximum input of 44A during start and 11.5A during charge. Cable and clamp length is 2.1m. Large wheels make the unit easy to manoeuvre around a busy workshop floor. Note: performance is dependent on connection to an adequate, good, clean electric supply.
