A. The Draper 70087 is rated at continuous welding current. Ensure this matches or exceeds your machine's output rating before ordering.
A. Dinse connectors provide a standardised, low-resistance bayonet connection for welding electrode leads and earth cables. They are the most common connection type on inverter and transformer welding machines.
A. Dinse connectors come in 10-25, 35-50, and larger sizes, rated for different current levels. The 10-25 size suits leads up to 200A; 35-50 suits up to 400A. Match connector size to your cable rating and machine socket specification.
A. Insert the Dinse plug into the matching socket and rotate approximately 30–45° to lock in the bayonet groove. The connection is secure when you feel it click or seat firmly. A loose connection causes arcing at the socket and overheating.
