The Sealey OP750 Orbital Polisher is built to address exactly that. Powered by a 750W motor and fitted with a 21mm orbit specifically designed for bodyshop use, it delivers a thorough, controlled polish across bodywork panels. Six-stage variable speed control runs from 2000 to 4500rpm, giving you the flexibility to match speed to the task, while the soft start ensures greater control from the moment the trigger is pulled. A speed stabiliser maintains constant output under load, so your finish stays consistent throughout. The vibration-reducing motor and rubberised gear head cover keep user fatigue to a minimum during extended sessions, with a vibration level of 4.919m/s² (uncertainty 1.5m/s²). A 5m mains cable gives you plenty of reach around a vehicle without constantly repositioning. Noise power and pressure levels are 93dB(A) and 82dB(A) respectively. The OP750 is supplied complete with a 150mm backing pad, two 180mm foam polishing pads, a side handle, wrench, and spare brushes, so you can get straight to work. Backed by a 3-year guarantee.
