The Draper Storm Force® 150mm dual action polisher addresses this by combining a 900W motor with variable speed control across a 2000–6400rpm no-load range, allowing the operator to match machine speed precisely to the task — from heavy compounding to final glaze application. Soft start electronics bring the pad up to speed progressively, reducing the risk of surface marring at switch-on, while constant electronics maintain consistent pad speed under load. The adjustable D-handle provides a secure, ergonomic grip during extended polishing sessions, and the M14 spindle thread accepts the five included 150mm hook-and-loop polishing sponges: ultra-soft, soft, medium, firm, and coarse. This graduated range of sponge grades enables work through the full correction-to-finishing sequence without the need for additional purchases. The kit is supplied at 240V for direct connection to UK mains supply and weighs 2.4kg. Everything is stored and transported in a 740mm canvas tool bag, which is water-resistant and sized to accommodate the polisher and all five sponges together, making the kit practical for mobile detailing and bodyshop environments alike.
