End grinding is handled via the contact wheel, which is fitted with a dedicated work rest for controlled material removal. A single-knob tracking adjustment allows the operator to carefully manage belt alignment throughout use. The machine features a spring-loaded quick-release belt mechanism and is supplied with a 100 x 1220mm sanding belt. Safety provision includes a transparent safety guard, a removable spark trap, and a 3-inch dust extraction outlet. The unit is suited to metal contact grinding, chamfering, and deburring, and is also appropriate for sanding wood and plastics. The Belt Linisher can be bench mounted or fitted to a column, available separately under Stock No. 98422.
