Powered by a brushless motor, the tool delivers enhanced efficiency with more power output and extended battery life compared to brushed equivalents. Four-speed settings combined with a variable speed trigger give the operator precise control over material removal rate, reducing the risk of surface damage during detailed work. An integrated LED worklight illuminates the immediate work area, improving visibility in poorly lit conditions. The grinder accepts discs up to 2 inch / 50 mm in diameter via its 1/4 inch collet, with a no-load speed range of 10,000 to 25,000 RPM. The tool is powered by a 12V lithium-ion battery — compatible with the DX12 platform — and features an LED battery level indicator so the operator can monitor charge status at a glance. DX12 batteries and chargers are sold separately. At 0.5 kg, the tool is lightweight and easy to handle during extended use, and the soft grip handle further reduces operator fatigue.
