The Air-Seal Large Bore Chuck (LBT01) is a valve adaptor designed for fitting Air-Seal tyre sealant to large off-road tyre (OTR) fitments that use wider-bore valve stems. Standard chucks are not compatible with these larger valve types found on mining haul trucks, large loaders, and heavy earthmoving equipment. The LBT01 bridges this gap, allowing the Air-Seal Installation Pump Kit (IPK01) to be used with large-bore valve configurations found on the biggest industrial tyres.
Sold individually as a spare or additional adaptor. Connects directly to the Air-Seal IPK01 pump armoured hose in place of the standard Schrader chuck.
Suitable For
OTR vehicles with large-bore valve stems including mining haul trucks, large loaders, bulldozers, and heavy earthmoving plant. Required when fitting Air-Seal Armour-Seal (AS01) or Heavy Duty (HD01) sealant to such vehicles. Available at PartsForMachines with UK mainland delivery in 2–4 working days.
How to Use
Attach the Large Bore Chuck to the Air-Seal IPK01 pump hose in place of the standard Schrader chuck. Connect to the tyre's large-bore valve stem and apply sealant as normal per the Air-Seal installation instructions.
