Product Number: MS24
The WAI MS24 is a brand-new 12V 3.2kW PLGR-design starter motor. It is manufactured by MAHLE, supplied as a direct replacement for LETRIKA (ISKRA) original-equipment units including references 11.131.279, 11.131.921, 11.131.971, 11.132.144, 11.132.282 and 11.139.351. It is built to fit a broad range of agricultural and industrial machinery across Case, New Holland, Case IH, New Holland Industrial and Claas fleets — covering 191 applications in total.
As a PLGR (Permanent Magnet Gear Reduction) unit, the MS24 delivers a compact, high-torque output relative to its size, making it well suited to the demanding cold-start conditions common in agricultural and plant environments. Clockwise rotation and a 10-tooth pinion ensure correct engagement with the ring gear on compatible engines, and every unit leaves the factory as a new — not remanufactured — component.
Fitment spans a wide cross-section of Case IH Farmall tractors from the 90U through to the 115U Pro (2008–2018), as well as Case Farmall 105C models, and extends across New Holland and Claas equivalents covered in the full application list. The Lester reference for this unit is 19860, which can be used to cross-check compatibility in standard starter-motor catalogues.
