The WAI 17376N is a brand-new 24V 4.5kW starter motor. It is built to the Denso OSGR design, replacing original-equipment Denso units including references 128000-1000, 128000-1001 and 128000-1002, as well as Komatsu OE numbers 600-813-3240 and R6008133240. It is a direct-fit replacement for Komatsu forklift applications across 12 confirmed models, covering the FD20, FD30, FD40, FD40DC and FD40HTE-4 series among others.
The OSGR (Off-Set Gear Reduction) design delivers efficient torque transfer at 24 volts, with clockwise rotation and an 11-tooth pinion — the correct configuration for the Komatsu diesel engines these forklifts use.
