Product Number: MCFTBLK
A cover for the folding instructor seat in a McCormick tractor cab — the fold-down passenger seat beside the operator, used intermittently rather than continuously.
The material is 600-denier polyester over a polyurethane backing: waterproof, oil and mud resistant, and breathable rather than sealed. Because this seat spends much of its life folded against the cab wall rather than sat on, the cover protects it against what is stacked and leant against it as much as against use.
Overlocked seams hold the panel edges together where a folding seat is repeatedly moved, which is where a cover on this seat actually takes its wear — through the mechanism being worked rather than through anyone sitting there.
Fitting requires no tools, so the cover comes off for cleaning and goes back on without anything being unbolted, which matters on a seat that catches whatever is carried into the cab.
The construction is breathable rather than sealed, so a seat folded flat against the cab wall is not shut in under a non-porous sheet between uses.
One cover is supplied per box, across two pieces. Finished in black, designed in the United Kingdom and backed by a five-year guarantee.
Designed to fit the standard folding passenger seat found in compatible McCormick tractor models, this Town & Country seat cover (SKU: MCFTBLK) keeps your cab interior in first-class condition through the demands of daily agricultural and plant work. Whether you're dealing with muddy overalls, spilled drinks, or the constant abrasion of working life, this cover acts as a tough first line of defence between the seat fabric and the elements.
Constructed from 600-denier polyester with a PU backing, the material is fully waterproof — meaning liquid spills and wet clothing won't soak through to the seat beneath. The 600D weave is heavy enough to resist tearing and scuffing but remains breathable, so long hours in the cab don't become uncomfortable. The cover is measured by hand to ensure a reliable, snug fit on the McCormick folding passenger seat configuration.
Fitting is straightforward with no tools required — the cover is ready to use straight from the box. The black finish resists visible soiling between cleans and suits the practical interior of most tractor cabs. Backed by Town & Country's 5-year warranty and available with a 30-day return window, this is a dependable, cost-effective way to preserve the condition of your passenger seat and maintain the resale value of your machine.
