Product Number: 28045004
The Highway Automotive 28045004 is a direct-replacement EGR cooler built to EURO5 specification, designed for Scania commercial vehicle applications across the K Series and P, G, R, T Series ranges. With a gross weight of 9.4 kg and packaged at 800 × 200 × 145 mm, this is a substantial, workshop-ready unit supplied ready for fitment.
As an exhaust gas recirculation cooler, this component plays a critical role in reducing combustion temperatures and controlling NOx emissions in compliance with EURO5 standards. The Highway Automotive part carries OE cross-references 1795704 and 1866224, allowing straightforward identification against original Scania equipment numbers.
This EGR cooler covers four Scania applications: the K Series (K) with DC9 and DC13 engines, and the P, G, and R variants within the P, G, R, T Series — covering all engine configurations listed for those Series. This breadth of coverage makes it a practical stock choice for workshops and fleet operators running mixed Scania fleets.
In the box you receive the EGR cooler unit as described. Fitment is backed by the Highway Automotive cross-reference data and by PartsForMachines' Fit Guarantee. For country of manufacture, please refer to the product specification panel.
