Product Number: 28045003
The Highway Automotive 28045003 is a replacement EGR cooler built to EURO4 specification, designed for fitment to Scania heavy commercial vehicles equipped with DT12 and DC12 engines. Covering four confirmed applications across the Scania K Series and P, G, R, T Series ranges, this unit provides a direct-fit solution for operators maintaining Euro 4-compliant vehicles in demanding working environments.
The cooler is supplied as a complete replacement unit, cross-referenced against three OE part numbers — 1724124, 1724127, and 1803282 — ensuring straightforward identification against original Scania equipment. This OE cross-referencing simplifies procurement for fleet managers, workshop technicians, and plant operators sourcing by original part number.
With a gross weight of 8.1 kg and packaged at 700 × 220 × 190 mm, the unit is dimensioned for safe transit and is ready to install upon arrival. The EURO4 designation confirms compliance with the emissions standard applicable to the supported engine and vehicle applications.
For those maintaining multiple Scania platforms, it is worth confirming the precise engine variant against the fitment data before ordering — four distinct vehicle and engine combinations are listed across the K and P, G, R, T Series. Use the selection widget on this listing or search by OE number to verify fit, backed by the PartsForMachines Fit Guarantee.
