Product Number: 03-057
The 03-057 High-Pressure Hydraulic Headlamp Washer Jet Assembly is a general replacement component designed for headlamp cleaning systems on Audi and BMW vehicles. As a pump and system assembly, it restores the hydraulic pressure required to deliver an effective wash to headlamp lenses, maintaining visibility and ensuring compliance with lighting regulations that demand clean lamp surfaces.
This assembly functions as a direct replacement for the original headlamp washer jet system, supplying the hydraulic pressure needed to extend the washer nozzle and deliver a timed burst of fluid across the headlamp lens surface. It is engineered to integrate with the existing hydraulic circuit, meaning no additional pump or pressure reservoir is required where the original system is already in place.
The 03-057 carries a confirmed 12-month warranty, providing reassurance for workshop and trade buyers. Cross-reference coverage includes 8 OE and equivalent part numbers from recognised vehicle parts suppliers, with a sample including JP GROUP 1198750400, METZGER 2220504, TOPRAN 111, TOPRAN 411, VAG 8D0, VAG 955, VAG 101, and VEMO V10-08-0299, making part identification straightforward when working from an OE reference.
For buyers sourcing replacements across both model ranges, this single assembly covers applications across Audi and BMW vehicles. No variant siblings are listed at this time.
The 03-057 is supplied as a complete jet assembly unit and is backed by a 12-month warranty.
