Product Number: 06-028
A horn that has stopped sounding needs replacing with a unit matching the original specification. The CCL 06-028 is a 12V exact-fit high tone shell horn for Citroën, DS, Jeep, Peugeot and Vauxhall vehicles.
This resonance-type horn, in the shell, trumpet and snail style, produces a high tone at 400Hz with a minimum output of 105 dB at one metre. Its 2-pin connector aligns with the original wiring on modern Stellantis Group vehicles, supporting a direct swap without modification.
Application coverage spans 22 confirmed UK fitments across five marques. These comprise the Citroën Berlingo (2008 onwards), C3 (2009 onwards), Dispatch (2016 onwards) and DS3 (2009-2016); the DS DS7 (2017 onwards); the Jeep Avenger (2022 onwards); the Peugeot 207 (2006-2015), 208 (2012-2019 and 2019 onwards), 2008 (2013-2019 and 2019 onwards), 3008 (2016 onwards), 5008 (2016 onwards), Partner (2008 onwards), Rifter (2018 onwards) and Traveller (2016 onwards); and the Vauxhall Astra (2021 onwards), Combo (2018 onwards), Corsa (2019 onwards), Crossland (2017 onwards), Grandland (2017 onwards) and Mokka (2020 onwards). Always verify fitment against your vehicle registration before ordering.
The unit carries ECE (E4) and EEC (e4) type approval for road use in the UK and European markets.
The 06-028 provides the high tone in the CCL Stellantis Group shell horn pairing. The matching low tone unit is the CCL 06-029 (SKU: 06-029); for dual-tone installations, order both together. For Hyundai and Kia vehicles, see the CCL 06-030 and 06-031 instead.
The CCL 06-028 is supplied as a single horn unit.
