Product Number: 54057002
The Highway Automotive 54057002 is a blower regulator designed as a direct replacement component for Volvo heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Engineered to restore correct blower motor speed control, this regulator is a reliable choice for workshop technicians maintaining Volvo FH and FM series trucks across the D12 and D16 engine families. With a gross weight of just 0.16 kg and a compact package footprint of 100 × 60 × 65 mm, the 54057002 is easy to handle and store, fitting neatly into the vehicle's existing blower circuit without the need for modification. Its manageable dimensions make it straightforward to fit during a routine cab HVAC service. This regulator covers five documented applications across the Volvo FH 12 (340/380, 420/460/500, and all variants with the D12 engine), the Volvo FH 16 (all variants with the D16 engine), and the Volvo FM 12 (all variants with the D12 engine), making it a practical stock item for workshops that regularly service Volvo long-haul fleet vehicles. The 54057002 is supplied as a single unit. Country of manufacture: refer to product packaging.
