Product Number: 53011004
The Highway Automotive 53011004 (DF8108) is a cab heater blower motor designed for heavy commercial vehicles without air conditioning. Built to restore effective cab ventilation and heating performance, this unit is a direct-fit replacement for vehicles where the original blower has failed or lost efficiency. Constructed to meet the operational demands of commercial truck applications, the DF8108 blower integrates reliably into the existing cab heating system. It is specified for vehicles without AC, making it the correct choice for non-climatised cab configurations — an important distinction to confirm before ordering. This blower motor is compatible with 40 commercial vehicle applications across DAF, RVI, and Volvo ranges. Confirmed fitments include the DAF LF 45 (45.140 through 45.250), DAF LF 55 (55.160 through 55.300), RVI Kerax variants with DXi 11 and DXi 13 engines (370 through 500), RVI Midlum with DXi5 and DXi 7 engines (160 through 280), and the RVI Premium 2 240 with DXi 7. Use the vehicle selection tool to verify fitment for your specific model and engine combination. The unit is supplied as a single blower assembly. Gross weight is 2.5 kg; packaged dimensions are 230 × 220 × 370 mm.
