The Highway Automotive 53106002 is a 24-volt blower unit designed as a direct-fit replacement for heating and ventilation systems in Caterpillar heavy plant machinery. Supplied without cover, it is engineered to restore correct cab climate control and airflow performance across a range of Caterpillar excavator models. Running on a 24 V supply — the standard operating voltage for heavy-duty construction equipment electrical systems — this blower is built to meet the demands of working plant environments. The unit weighs 1.7 kg and is packaged in a compact 240 × 240 × 200 mm carton, making it straightforward to handle and store on site or in the workshop. This blower is confirmed to fit 11 Caterpillar applications, including the 320D, 325D, 330D, 307D, 311D (engines C4.2 and C4.4), 315D (engine C4.4), 319D (engine C4.2), 323D (engine C6.4), 336D (engine C9), and 345D (engine C13). Correct engine variant identification is essential for some models, so always verify your machine's engine designation before ordering. No cross-reference data is published for this part. Fitment is confirmed through our application-matched catalogue; use the selection widget or ask Simon to verify compatibility with your specific machine and engine variant, backed by our Fit Guarantee.
