Product Number: 53057004
The Highway Automotive 53057004 is a 24-volt blower unit designed for heavy-duty truck and commercial vehicle cab heating systems. Supplied without cover, it is engineered to deliver reliable airflow performance as a direct replacement component across a range of RVI and Volvo heavy-goods vehicle platforms. Weighing 1.6 kg and packaged within compact 210 × 210 × 190 mm dimensions, this blower unit is built to fit within the tight confines of a truck cab HVAC housing. The 24 V operating voltage is consistent with the electrical architecture of the commercial vehicle platforms it serves, ensuring straightforward integration without additional voltage conversion. This blower covers nine verified applications across the RVI T-Serie range — including variants powered by the DTI11 and DTI13 engines — and the Volvo FH II fitted with the D13K engine. Confirmed fitment examples include the RVI T-Serie 380, 430, 440, 460, 480, and 520 alongside the Volvo FH II, making it a well-targeted replacement for fleet operators and workshop professionals servicing these platforms. This listing is for the blower unit only; no cover is included. Gross weight is 1.6 kg. Highway Automotive offers this part through PartsForMachines as a quality aftermarket replacement, and fitment across all nine listed applications is backed by the Fit Guarantee and hassle-free returns.
