Product Number: 53033011
The Highway Automotive 53033011 is a 24-volt blower unit designed for fitment to Evobus-Mercedes coach and bus applications. Supplied without cover, this blower is a direct-replacement component suited to the heating and ventilation systems found across four Evobus-Mercedes model lines — the O402, O405, O407, and O408 — covering all engine variants within each range. Operating at 24 V, this unit is engineered for the demands of commercial passenger vehicle HVAC systems where reliable airflow performance and correct voltage specification are essential. The 24 V operating voltage makes it compatible with the standard electrical architecture of the Evobus-Mercedes models listed, ensuring a straightforward installation without voltage mismatch concerns. The blower is compact and purposefully packaged for trade handling, with a gross weight of 2.2 kg and overall package dimensions of 200 × 320 × 210 mm. These figures give workshop buyers a clear reference for storage and bench preparation ahead of fitting. Note that the unit is supplied without cover; ensure the correct cover arrangement is in place for the application before installation. For full fitment confidence, use the vehicle selection tool to confirm compatibility against your specific Evobus-Mercedes model and build, or contact the team directly for guidance. Every fitment listed is backed by the PartsForMachines Fit Guarantee.
