Product Number: 53033003
The Highway Automotive 53033003 is a replacement blower unit (reference ME8343) designed to restore heating and ventilation performance in Evobus-Mercedes coach and bus applications. Sourced from the Highway Automotive range, it is engineered to meet the demands of heavy-duty passenger vehicle HVAC systems where reliable airflow is essential to driver and passenger comfort. The blower is packaged securely for transit in a 220 × 220 × 200 mm box and carries a gross weight of 1,259 kg, reflecting the robust construction expected of a commercial-vehicle heating component. The ME8343 reference provides a clear identification point when cross-checking against vehicle service records or workshop parts lists. This unit covers three Evobus-Mercedes applications: the O405, O407, and O408 — all engines and all build variants — making it a straightforward direct-fit choice for operators and workshops maintaining these models. With three confirmed fitments in the Highway Automotive database, parts procurement is simplified for fleet managers running any combination of these coaches. In the box you receive the blower unit as specified. As this is a new listing, warranty details are not currently published; contact the PartsForMachines team or ask Simon for confirmation prior to ordering.
