Product Number: PP40E.SC
Leaving a plasma torch unprotected during storage or between jobs exposes the tip to physical damage and contamination, which can compromise cut performance and shorten the life of expensive consumable parts. The Sealey PP40E.SC Torch Safety Cap is designed specifically for use with the Sealey PP40E plasma cutter, fitting securely over the torch head to shield it when the machine is not in active use. Using the correct safety cap helps preserve the condition of the torch tip and nozzle, reducing the risk of premature wear or accidental damage in a busy workshop environment. This pack contains 2 safety caps, ensuring you have a ready replacement or can protect more than one torch simultaneously. The PP40E.SC weighs just 0.03 kg, so it adds no meaningful bulk to your storage setup. For PP40E owners who want to protect their investment and keep their torch performing reliably between cutting sessions, the PP40E.SC is a simple and effective solution. Please refer to the product label for guidance, or contact Parts for Machines for confirmation of compatibility with any other models.
