A worn or damaged air hose interrupts workflow and can cause air loss at the connection points. The PCL HA2017 is a 10-metre hose assembly fitted with Rp 1/4 swivel ends, built to PCL's specification from their Sheffield UK manufacturing operation, established since 1938 and part of HORNGROUP.
The hose measures 8 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter and is constructed from a high-performance TPE compound that performs like rubber without its associated drawbacks. The assembly comes pre-fitted with swivel end fittings, removing the need for on-site crimping equipment and saving time during installation.
Supplied in a 10-metre cut length with Rp 1/4 female parallel thread swivel ends at both terminations, the HA2017 is suited to workshop air-line installations where a reliable, ready-to-fit hose assembly is required. The swivel fittings allow the hose to be routed without twisting under pressure.
