Variations
Air hose connections that cannot reach the work point or fail under pressure interrupt production and waste time. The PCL HS24E01 is a 20-metre air hose with an 8 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter and 15 mm external diameter, rated to 17 bar, and is part of PCL's Sheffield-manufactured hose range, produced since 1938.
The platform description notes the hose is made from a high-performance TPE compound that looks and feels like rubber without its associated downsides, and also describes a hard-wearing PVC Nitrile blend construction. The hose is described as ergonomically friendly and suited to many industrial environments.
With a 20-metre run, the HS24E01 provides useful reach across workshop bays, production lines, and vehicle servicing areas where fixed airlines fall short. PCL state the hose is available in cut lengths from 10 m to 100 m, making the HS24E01 one configuration within a broader range.
PCL have manufactured compressed-air equipment and accessories in Sheffield since 1938 and are part of HORNGROUP.
