Workshop airlines that kink, coil or stiffen in cold conditions slow every job down. Draper's 31734 high-visibility hybrid air hose is constructed from a combination of nitrile rubber and PVC, delivering a balance of strength and flexibility that conventional single-material hoses struggle to match. The bright green finish keeps the hose visible on a busy workshop floor, reducing trip hazards and making routing easy to follow at a glance. The hose is rated to perform at temperatures as low as -40°C, making it well suited to unheated workshops, outdoor job sites and cold-store environments where standard hoses can become brittle or unmanageable. Critically, the construction features no memory effect, meaning the hose lays flat on the floor rather than coiling back on itself after storage — a practical advantage when working across larger areas. Fitted with 1/4" BSP female swivel unions at each end, the hose connects directly to the majority of standard compressor outlets and pneumatic tools without the need for additional adaptors. At 10 metres in length with an 8 mm internal bore, it provides generous reach from a fixed compressor point. The swivel action of the unions also reduces twisting at the connection points during use.
