The PCL HS22X01 is a 100-metre bulk air hose with a 7 mm (1/4 in) internal diameter and 14 mm external diameter, manufactured to a working pressure of 27 bar and supplied by PCL, who have been making compressed-air equipment in Sheffield since 1938 as part of HORNGROUP.
The hose is constructed from a TPE compound that combines the handling qualities associated with rubber whilst avoiding the downsides of natural rubber, and incorporates a hard-wearing PVC Nitrile blend for durability in demanding industrial environments.
The HS22X01 is described by PCL as ergonomically friendly and suited to many industrial environments. The 100 m bulk length makes it appropriate for workshop installations, hose-reel fitting, or cut-to-length requirements. PCL also offer this hose in cut lengths from 10 m upwards.
