Transmission jacks vary in stem diameter between manufacturers, which means a vehicle support saddle from one transmission jack often will not fit another manufacturer's stem. The Govoni GO102 Set of Adaptors solves this by providing three sizes that allow the GO101 transmission jack saddle to be used with transmission jacks from other manufacturers — protecting workshop investment in the GO101 saddle while broadening its compatibility.
The set contains three adaptors covering the most common stem diameters encountered in workshop transmission jacks. Adaptor size 1 has a 40mm outside diameter and fits a 25mm stem, with a length of 50mm. Adaptor size 2 also has a 40mm outside diameter, fitting a 30mm stem, again 50mm long. Adaptor size 3 has the same 40mm outside diameter, fitting a 35mm stem, 50mm long. Together the three sizes cover the 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm stem diameters typically found across the workshop transmission jack market.
Each adaptor has a plastic finish on the contact surface — an important detail because direct steel-to-steel contact between the saddle and the jack stem can mark or damage the stem over repeated use. The plastic finish protects the lift's stem from this damage during the saddle's working life.
