A pipe or cable left to rattle against the chassis wears through long before its service life is up.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PCSR44BG carries that specification at 44mm closed diameter: a standard TPE liner rated -30C to +60C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 6.6mm M6 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M6 hardware.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH44BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR44BG); the 40mm size (PCSR40BG); the 48mm size (PCSR48BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 44mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 44mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The standard TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -30C to +60C.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 6.6mm hole to suit an M6 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
