Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
Sized at 40mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSR40BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its standard TPE liner - rated -30C to +60C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
In 304 stainless (18/8, EN 1.4301), this is the version for runs that live outside or around moisture - the liner shrugs off UV and ozone, and the band will not rust where a plated clip eventually would. Dimensions are identical to the zinc version, so the mounting interchange is direct. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH40BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR40BG); the 38mm size (PCSR38BG); the 44mm size (PCSR44BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.
