Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
The PNZH22BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 22mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M8 fixing hole (8.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
Zinc plated over mild steel and fitted with the TPE160 liner as standard, the M8 range carries lines on heavier structures - plant, frames and chassis - in non-corrosive conditions; the dimensionally identical stainless version covers wet duty. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH22BG); the 19mm size (PNZH19BG); the 25mm size (PNZH25BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 22mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 22mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 7/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
A. A hose clip makes a joint seal; a P-clip makes a run stay put. If the problem is a leak at a fitting, you want a hose clip - if the problem is a line that moves, chafes or rattles, you want this.
A. Yes - the band has a strengthening rib designed to keep the clip flush with the surface it is bolted to.
