The cheapest insurance on any pipe run is the clip that stops it moving.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PNZH19BG carries that specification at 19mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through an 8.8mm M8 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M8 hardware.
Zinc plated over mild steel and fitted with the TPE160 liner as standard, the M8 range carries lines on heavier structures - plant, frames and chassis - in non-corrosive conditions; the dimensionally identical stainless version covers wet duty. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH19BG); the 16mm size (PNZH16BG); the 22mm size (PNZH22BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. Its closed diameter is 19mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
A. A hose clip makes a joint seal; a P-clip makes a run stay put. If the problem is a leak at a fitting, you want a hose clip - if the problem is a line that moves, chafes or rattles, you want this.
A. Yes - the band has a strengthening rib designed to keep the clip flush with the surface it is bolted to.
