Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
The PCZH19BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 19mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The band is mild steel, heavily electro zinc plated on every surface - JCS plates after cutting, so even the cut edges are coated - making it the general purpose choice for indoor, automotive and light industrial routing. Dimensions are identical to the stainless version if the environment later demands an upgrade. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant. The 19mm closed diameter should equal the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable - not the bore.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCZR19BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSH19BG); the 16mm size (PCZH16BG); the 21mm size (PCZH21BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 19mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 19mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. Check your service temperature: the standard black TPE liner is rated -30C to +60C, while the grey TPE160 high-temperature liner is rated -50C to +160C. For engine bays and hot environments specify the high-temperature version.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 6.6mm hole to suit an M6 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
