A pipe or cable left to rattle against the chassis wears through long before its service life is up.
Sized at 19mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PESH19BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M10 range shares its band dimensions with the M8 but takes the largest bolt - 304 stainless throughout for exposed and corrosive service, TPE160 liner as standard. JCS recommends letting the application decide the specification - what the line carries, the temperatures it sees, and how corrosive the environment is. The closed diameter of 19mm should match the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable being fixed, not its bore.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PEZH19BG); the 16mm size (PESH16BG); the 22mm size (PESH22BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 19mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 19mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 3/4 in, if you work in imperial.

A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M10 hardware; the fixing hole is 10.8mm.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
